I'm trying to migrate our live site to our development site via S3. The files were imported to the dev site and extracted, but when I hit Reload Kickstart I started running into problems. I didn't have a password so deleted the password.php in installation; the next error was file permissions in installation/framework which I changed and then got an application error pertaining to that folder (screenshot attached). When I try to access installation/framework from the control panel file system, it says the folder doesn't exist. 

As it stands, the live site backup is in the development site file system, but that's as far as I can get.

Hello,

I think there's a permission error on your website. You can try to work around it using some of the Kickstart features https://www.akeeba.com/documentation/akeeba-backup-joomla/extracting-with-kickstart.html

Please supply FTP credentials to Kickstart, so it will use your FTP account to write the files. That should do the trick.

Hi Davide. Thanks for feedback. It was a permissions issue and we were able to get around the issue by not selecting Restore file permissions in the kickstart settings. The ticket can be closed.
