Description of my issue:

HI Nicolas,

I'm restoring a website and get this error: Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class S3Exception in /var/www/g35265/pannenkoekenhuistenbosch.nl/kickstart.php on line 84

What can it be?

I suspect a broken upload. Delete kickstart.php. Download Kickstart afresh from our site, extract the ZIP file and upload the kickstart.php file to your server. Please do not use the "Resume" option if you are prompted. If you're prompted, use the overwrite option.

I did, no result.

First I will ask for the hosting itself, because I tried to upload a backup file of 40 MB and om 11 MB it stopped.

I'm coming back on this issue!

The thing is that S3Exception is only ever declared once... Maybe it would be a good idea extracting locally (e.g. use Akeeba eXtract Wizard) and upload the individual extracted files instead of the archive and Kickstart. That's for "difficult" hosts.

Hmmm.

Never thought about this option, but I will try that!
