Hello,

I am performing a site restore on a new server and have loaded the kickstart program and site backup via Filezilla 3.41.2 no problem. Remamed the kickstart.php to frank.php

But the kickstart archive extractor is showing

The FTP Connection Failed

Wrong FTP username or password

I am copying and pasting the FTP username and password correctly.

Fixed the problem. I had to check the use FTPS
