First make sure that you are using the latest Kickstart version. Downloading yesterday doesn't mean anything. We may have already published a new release. Please check our download page to ensure that you are indeed using the latest version. Also note that when asking for support you must mention the exact version of Kickstart you are using. "Latest" is not a version. Support requests stating that the "latest" version is in use will be ignored or deleted.
